It depends on the test. Fasting for 8–12 hours is needed for glucose, lipid profile and liver function tests. HbA1c, thyroid, and most hormone tests do not require fasting. When in doubt, call us before your visit at +92 300 9525440.
Most routine blood tests (CBC, LFT, glucose, thyroid) are available the same day, often within 2–4 hours. Culture tests take 48–72 hours. Biopsy and histopathology results take 3–5 working days. Urgent results can be expedited — please ask our staff.
Yes. Digital reports can be shared via WhatsApp or email on request. Please provide your contact number when registering. Physical reports are also available for collection from our centre.
No referral is needed for most blood tests at Zam Zam Diagnostic Centre. You can walk in or book online. For specialised tests, a doctor's request form helps our pathologist interpret results accurately.
